An excellent opportunity to own a 2BR, 1Bath, 2 Level, End Unit, Madison model in beautiful Parkfairfax. Previous owners updated the kitchen, including cabinets, flooring, countertops, and recessed lighting, plus the sink, tub area, and flooring in the bathroom, and added a second closet in the Primary Bedroom. Bright, shiny hardwood floors throughout, and the extra end unit side windows give this condo a light, bright, and healthy flavor. The pricing reflects no in unit washer and dryer; however, the laundry room is directly underneath. Parkfairfax offers 3 swimming pools, tot lots, pickleball, and tennis courts plus lovely, well-maintained grounds, so there's a treat outside for every taste and need. 3756 Gunston is just a short walk to the shops, restaurants, movie and live theaters, Harris Teeter, and more in nearby Shirlington Village, and is just a few steps from the DASH and Metro Bus stop taking you directly to the Pentagon Metro Station, as well as other popular destinations.
