I am a full-time full- services award winning REALTOR® servicing Maryland and Virginia. With over five years of experience in the industry, dedicated to guiding my clients through the buying, selling, or investing process with professionalism and expertise.

Since I set roots in Southern Maryland over three years ago after living in Northern Maryland for five years prior, I have extensive knowledge of the Maryland and Virginia markets; I can uncover opportunities tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. My mission is to simplify complex real estate transactions, provide personalized support, and deliver results that exceed expectations. By focusing on clear communication and attention to detail, I strive to ensure every client feels confident and informed throughout their real estate journey.

In addition to working with residential properties, I am an active real estate investor with a talent for identifying promising investment opportunities. My expertise includes conducting walkthrough inspections to estimate rehabilitation costs and performing market analyses to determine a property's after-repair value (ARV). This hands-on experience allows me to guide clients seeking investment properties with insight and precision.

Before transitioning to real estate, I had a fulfilling military career that included serving as a lead instructor at the Defense Information School at Fort George G. Meade, Md. There, I taught the Mass Communication Foundations course, covering photojournalism writing, photography, and public affairs. I also managed lesson plans, counseled students, and oversaw remedial training. My leadership roles included serving as an additional duty first sergeant and a physical fitness leader.

Originally from Auburn, Calif., I began my Air Force career in 2001 as a tactical aircraft crew chief on the A-10 Thunderbolt II. Over the years, I took on various assignments, including aerial imagery production, public affairs, and executive roles across the globe, including deployments to Afghanistan and assignments in Hawaii and California. These experiences equipped me with organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills that I now bring to my real estate career.
