Aaron was absolutely amazing at what he does. My fiancé and I moved from Arizona to MD. Aaron traveled far and wide to help us find a house. He was very patient, very kind, understanding of our wants and needs. Every phone call with him was honest, informative, and well rounded. He took multiple long videos of the house pointing out little details good and bad. The videos were between 15-20 minutes long. He pointed out the imperfections and the perfections of each house. He knew we were coming to a state where everything is different and he made sure to let us know what he could see as a problem later for us. We wanted a house that was move in ready, with charm, and still needed love to make it our home. Aaron does a fantastic job and cares for his clients no matter what. His clients are lucky to have someone like him working with you and is on your side the entire way.

Aaron was awesome.He has a ton of knowledge and responds to all quesitons very quickly.. He has a great database of contractors, architect, surveyors, etc that helped us transition to our new home.. Most impressive though was his willingness to work with the seller, to continually have our questions answered, after we had closed.. It's very helpful to have questions about the home answered AFTER closing/move-in and amazing to have a realtor that can facilitate that.

We filled out a questionnaire on Zillow for a new home in March 2024. Within 5 minutes of submitting, we received a phone call from a random number, and I'm glad I answered that night. We were located in Virginia and needed to find a home in SOMD fairly quickly (my fiancee had a job lined up and the clock was ticking). After doing some research and Aaron doing some fact-finding, we made the effort to drive up to MD to meet with Aaron several times (and when we couldn't, he did a video house tour for us) and looked at several housing options within our budget. Throughout the entire process, Aaron was extremely friendly, responsive, informative, candid and patient with us as first time home buyers. He was present for every appointment he could make in person to advocate for us, like the VA inspection and home inspection, and he fought for the best deal possible with extra phone calls and emails. We started the "looking" process the first week of March 2024. Once we found our perfect home, we had hoped for a 30 day closing process (which we knew may not be possible). We closed on our home on April 16, 2024, which gave us plenty of time to get settled in before his new job started. Aaron has since offered to help us out with any home projects or issues that we might encounter, he's visited and has answered some (likely) silly first time homeowner questions via phone call and text. If and when we are ready to sell our home in the future, we would not hesitate to call upon Aaron's services again as a professional and as a friend, and would recommend him to anyone looking to utilize a dedicated and professional real estate agent.
